MYVOIDWhat can I manage in MYVOID?
Your private account hub includes profile and identity controls, atmosphere, signals, collections, your archive and support requests.
VOIDSPACE / PRIVACYAre my purchases and account details public?
No. The member profile uses controlled social projections. Account details, purchases and support threads stay private.
VOIDSOCIALWhere do I find friends and private chat?
Open VoidSOCIAL from the global header. Member access requires a confirmed account; private chat follows friendship access rules.
VOID FREQUENCYDoes playback continue when I navigate?
The VOID PLAYER keeps one listening session across internal routes. Your playback is independent of other members.
SHOPWhere do I see my orders?
Your account hub shows your private orders and archive. Availability and checkout are controlled by the current shop settings.
DIGITAL FILES / READERHow do I access NO FUTURE?
Open the publication page and Reader using your authorized account. Reader access depends on the applicable purchase or administrative access.
PAYMENTSWhere can I get help with a payment?
Open Support and select PAYMENT. You may include an order reference. Never send card numbers, CVV, bank credentials or payment tokens.
SUPPORTCan I ask for help without signing in?
Yes. Guest support requires an email for reply. Signed-in members can follow their own threads in MYVOID.
