Before buying
Read the current product description and access requirements. Digital products may provide different forms of access. DARKVOID FILES are Reader-only publications, not downloadable ebook originals, PSD masters or maximum-resolution sources.
Request help or a refund
Email core@darkvoid.cloud from your purchase email where possible. Include the order reference, product and a description of the issue. Never email a password or full payment-card details. Requests are reviewed against the purchase circumstances and applicable consumer requirements; this page does not set a universal refund deadline or promise approval.
Access and edition records
A refunded purchase can lose access to its digital content. Issued DARKVOID FILES edition numbers and refund provenance remain recorded; numbers are not decremented or assigned to another buyer.
Payment processing
Stripe processes checkout payments. Where a refund is approved and processed, timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Contact support about duplicate charges, missing access or an unresolved order. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
