How DARKVOID handles account, community and purchase information.
Information you provide
Accounts use an email address and authentication details. Profiles, comments, messages, uploaded media, purchases and support requests contain the information you choose to submit. Public profiles and comments can be seen by other visitors; consider what you publish.
Purpose and service providers
DARKVOID uses this information to operate accounts, community features, orders, access to purchased publications, moderation and support. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services. Stripe processes checkout payments. External media and linked services receive requests when you use them and have their own privacy practices.
Messages and presence
Private messages are intended for their participants. Account access controls are not a promise of end-to-end encryption. Social presence and profile visibility depend on the feature and your settings. Avoid sending sensitive information through community features.
Browser processing and storage
VOID LAB and VOID Motion process creative media in your browser. Account, billing or explicitly saved project features can still make network requests. Browser storage is used for sessions, language, cart and feature preferences; clearing it can reset these settings. Third-party content and payment services may use their own cookies.
Diagnostics and analytics
Application errors can be reported for diagnosis. Hosting and connected services may process request logs and usage information. This policy does not claim that a separate visitor analytics platform is enabled; the operator must confirm deployed analytics and cookie settings when they change.
Requests and retention
Contact core@darkvoid.cloud about access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. We may need to verify account ownership. Some purchase, edition, security and dispute records may need to remain after an account request. Retention and request handling depend on the purpose and applicable requirements; no fixed deletion deadline is promised here.
